No. This is an independent contractor opportunity.
Do I need tax experience?
Not necessarily. New and experienced tax professionals can have a lane here, depending on the office's onboarding and training requirements.
Will clients just be handed to me?
The opportunity is designed for people willing to build clientele and create production, not people expecting guaranteed client volume simply for joining. Trainings, strategy and company branded materials will be provided.
How do I get paid?
Team members are paid preparation fees weekly as tax clients are paid in and funded. Overrides and bonuses for affiliated team members are calculated and paid out b-weekly to team leaders.
Can I eventually build my own team or business?
We welcome and incentivize team growth within our organization as you join. You can own a team while within our team. When you are ready to build your own brand and credentials, we provide the tools and support to move you into your next level smoothly.
